Who’s Been in Your Home or Office?

When you hire a cleaning company, many cleaning companies use subcontractors to do the actual cleaning. These are hires which the owner doesn’t know,  who “might have” passed only the most cursory background check. The owner of the cleaning company has very little control over these hires, and these are people who can disappear literally overnight – leaving you wondering why your home or office was not cleaned.

Are these the kind of people you want to risk letting into your home or office – especially if you can’t keep an eye on things as they work?

At Sparkle, however, I have full control over our employees and make it a point to hire only those candidates that have passed extensive background checks – not to mention a couple interviews with yours truly. In fact, I have a few employees who have been with Sparkle for over five years. Our cleaning technicians take the time every year to train with the latest products and cleaning systems to ensure that they are among the best at what they do.

In addition, I take the time to get to know our clients personally and oversee the service we provide in either their home, office or both. It is also about providing the right cleaning technician for you! Doing this allows our technicians to build relationships with our clients. You will always have a familiar face to provide service. The peace of mind that comes from knowing that you don’t just have some stranger in your home or office is priceless. And you can take heart in knowing that whoever it is will be professional, punctual, easily understood (flawless English,) and utterly dedicated to giving you the best job possible.  And that makes all the difference.

It all starts with a phone call from you. First, we will discuss your situation and need, then set up a time and meet with you personally. This meeting is a “gathering of information” in providing you an estimate. How easy is that!
