Our Services
We give you the “gift of time” while providing you with a clean and healthy home. To get things started our friendly and professional Cleaning Specialist will set up an in-home consultation and give you a FREE quote. During this meeting our cleaning specialist will discuss your personalized and detailed cleaning program and make sure that all of your specific needs, preferences and budget are catered to. Once a cleaning program is established, our trained, bonded & insured cleaning technicians will arrive at your home at the time agreed upon and get to work!

Initial Cleaning
This is a detailed clean, much like the “good ole spring cleaning” of eras past. The initial cleaning addresses woodwork, doors, ceiling fans and cobweb removal  to name a few. After your initial cleaning is completed the areas will be continuously maintained during each service. We will provide the equipment and products, unless you prefer we use your products and equipment. Because this is a more in-depth clean, the time it takes to complete this service will be longer than other services.

Continued Maintenance Programs
Our maintenance cleaning programs are uniquely designed to meet your needs and includes: bathroom cleaning and disinfecting, kitchen cleaning, dusting, vacuuming and mopping or washing of floors (hands & knees). Items that do not require cleaning each time are placed on rotation. The technicians arrive with all equipment and products (we offer environmentally-friendly cleaning products too), saving you time, energy and money. Or if you prefer, our cleaning technicians will use your products and equipment.

Frequency of Service
Each client decides how often they would like their home cleaned. We provide weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly service as well as offering cleans on an as need basis.

Maintenance Programs
Our maintenance programs are designed specifically with the input from our clients. The technicians arrive with all of their own equipment and high-grade cleaning products, upon request we also have environmentally-friendly cleaning products to use on the job. At the completion of service, we leave a completed check list of the work performed to ensure the quality of the service. Our philosophy is, “a healthy environment is a happy and productive environment”.

While providing dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning, lunch room cleaning, trash removal and rest room cleaning/disinfecting, we also take great lengths in maintaining the security of your facility. Our technicians are bonded and insured and are subject to random drug testing.

Frequency of Service
Frequency of cleaning is based on volume of foot traffic, staff size and visitors to the facility. Daily, twice weekly, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleans are common frequencies for commercial properties. Some industries, such as banking or retail, may require daily service, our cleaning specialist will assist you in determining the frequency.

Relocation/Renovation of Office
Moving from one office to another can be exciting, yet stressful, we offer one-time cleans for these occurrences. If you have built a new location, or perhaps renovated, we can perform a post-construction clean.

Products for Sale
In conjunction with providing janitorial services, we sell paper products, hand soap, trash liners and air fresheners. Our cleaning technicians will deliver the purchased items at the time of service or, if you prefer, we will store them at our corporate location and maintain inventory control of your products.

Post Construction

Our post-construction cleaning prepares a new space for occupancy, renovation construction cleaning restores the space to pre-renovation condition. These are in-depth cleans addressing the entire space, including inside closets.

This work entails removal of:

Each clean is performed to the client’s specifications. Our trained technicians will arrive with cleaning products and equipment, but we will use your products and equipment if you prefer. Sparkle Professional Cleaning technicians carry Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all products and are available for clients review.

Move-Out Cleaning
Once you have sold your home and the boxes are packed and furniture removed, our technicians will come in and prepare your home for its new owners. It generally does not need to be as in-depth as a move-in cleaning. It can be what you want it to be! In-depth or broom swept, we can assist you in this decision.

If you are a renter, having your unit professionally cleaned is crucial, as cleanliness has bearing on whether your security deposit will be returned. Cleaning the complete kitchen, bathrooms and laundry appliances are top priority for immediate use by the next tenant. Carpet/Upholstery Cleaning

Prior to starting the carpet cleaning process there is a mandatory pre-Inspection of all carpets to be cleaned.  During this pre-Inspection we are able to determine the soils and stains for proper pre-spotting treatment.  The longer dirt is on/in your carpet the more it adheres to it. The purpose of the prespot is to separate the dirt from the fibers, loosening it up for cleaning. Carpet deodorizers neutralize odors by eliminating them at their source. These agents work hard to provide instant relief from odor so that you get a fresh, clean scent you can trust. These deodorizers are available upon request. Carpet cleaning methods vary from bonnet to hot water extraction Sparkle offers both methods and upon inspection our certified technician will determine which is the best method to use, for the best results, giving you the assurance of a job done professionally and thoroughly.
